Janine Kelly is an attorney with the family law firm of Conlon, McGlynn and McCann in Westport, Connecticut. She began her career in insurance defense litigation with a primary focus in medical malpractice defense. She has served as an advocate for children with disabilities and their families for over ten years and is on the executive board of SPED*NET, a non-profit organization devoted to supporting children with special needs and their families free of charge.
Janine received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in 1991 and a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 1994. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut, federal district court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2d Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Council for Parent Attorneys and Advocates, Inc. (COPAA) and AHEAD (Association on Higher Education and Disability).
