SUPPORT GROUP FOR WOMEN WITH ADHD
AND/OR EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING CHALLENGES

The Things My Mother Never Taught Me

A Support Group for Women with
ADHD/Executive Functioning Challenges

A 6-Week Journey of Learning and Self-discovery

About the Group

This support group is for women who are high-functioning, capable, and outwardly managing life, yet internally distressed, exhausted, and struggling. This is a facilitated support group, not individual therapy. It is run by a licensed clinical psychologist using knowledge gained from decades of experience and concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS). The goal is to provide research backed information about ADHD, brain wiring, nervous system function and regulation, and emotion regulation and well-being.

Together, group members will explore information and ways of thinking that can help create a healthier, more regulated and functional approach to managing themselves and their relationships.
