Colleen E. Masse, Esq., a graduate of UCONN Law School, has spent years working with and advocating for people with disabilities. An associate with Czechia Daly Pope & Perri, she serves as the Chair of their Special Needs Planning Department.
Before joining the firm, Attorney Masse worked with the CT State Department of Education, where she represented students in the care of the CT Department of Children and Families (DCF). In this role, she advocated for children with special needs— filing complaints, performing record reviews, and communicating with various agencies and providers.
Colleen is a member of the CT Bar Association Elder Law section and is a Board Member of the North Central Area Agency on Aging (NCAAA).
