
Anthony Nave, LCSW
Anthony Nave, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and Clinical Social Work, serves as Senior Manager, Outpatient Services, at Mountainside Treatment Center. He is advanced certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is currently an EMDR Consultant-in-Training, and is experienced in medication-assisted treatment, co-occurring disorders, and adolescent programming. Prior to joining Mountainside, he taught in an alternative therapeutic school, where he helped youth with mental health and cognitive disorders. At Mountainside, Anthony designs curricula for clinical programming and incorporates neurobiology and a trauma-responsive framework into one-on-one counseling, group therapy, family sessions, and supervision. At home, Anthony enjoys pretending to be superheroes with his sons and rooting for the Red Sox and Patriots.
